New Vintage Style Items / Our brand:

We want you to be happy with your new vintage-inspired finds! If you're not satisfied with your new clothing, you may return it within 14 business days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition with all tags attached. Returns will only be processed for store credit (no refunds), which will be for the cost of the item only (shipping charges are not included). Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

If your new item arrives with any damage or defects, please contact us immediately at info@lilysvintagearmoire.com so we can work with you to find a solution.

Please note: Since these items are produced in small batches, exchanges may not be possible, as stock can run out quickly. If you’d like a different size or style, you will need to place a new order.

Used/Pre-Owned Vintage Items:

All used or pre-owned vintage items are final sale. Since these items are carefully curated and sold as-is, we cannot accept returns or offer refunds. We encourage you to read the item descriptions thoroughly, as sizing may differ from modern standards and can vary significantly between items. If you’re unsure about a specific detail, don’t hesitate to reach out to us!
